EPL: Man City’s Sane agrees 5-year deal with another club

Manchester City winger, Leroy Sane, has agreed a five-year contract with Bayern Munich to join the Bundesliga champions this summer’s transfer window, according to the German newspaper, Bild.

Bayern Munich will pay Man City a £54.8 million fee for Sane, whose current deal at Etihad will expire next summer.

Man City manager, Pep Guardiola, had last week confirmed that Sane would leave the Premier League giant for a new club at the end of the 2019-20 season or next summer.

Sane has so far rejected several offers from Man City to extend his contract at the club.

The Germany international has scored 39 goals and provided 45 assists in 134 appearances for Man City.

The 24-year-old was named PFA Young Player of the Year in 2018 as he helped Man City to a historic 100-point title.
