Wizkid has sparked outrage on Twitter after a Twitter user called him out for paying American singer Rihanna to promote his song, Essence.
The Twitter user who has been identified as Sandra wrote that Wizkid and his team paid Rihanna to promote the song via her social media handles.
According to the her, Rihanna played the song on her IG live and, Kylie Jenner, Lewis and Kevin Hart who are big fans of Rihanna fave caught the Essence’s bug and also played the song on their story.
She asserts that it’s not the first time Wizkid is playing such a game, but she has decided to spark following the hype and awards the song has bagged due to the effect of American celebrity’s endorsement.
