Hiplife Artiste, Castro, Is Dead According To The Constitution Of Ghana

According to the constitution of Ghana, Hiplife artiste Castro and his alleged girlfriend, Janet Bandu are dead after going missing for seven years.


Section 33 of Ghana’s Evidence Act states that “if a person has not been heard of for seven years despite diligent effort to find that person, he will be presumed dead”.

In view of the above, Castro and his alleged girlfriend, Janet Bandu are presumed dead today, July 6, 2021. On 6 July 2014, Castro disappeared with Miss Janet Bandu at the Ada Estuary while on holiday and all efforts to find them have proved futile.
