The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has updated the figures of confirmed covid-19 cases to a total of 3,145.
This was brought about after 195 cases was recorded yesterday.
The new cases recorded witnessed 82 more from Lagos, 30 in Kano, 19 in Zamfara, 18 in Sokoto, 10 in Borno, 9 in Abuja, 8 in Oyo, 5 each in Kebbi and Gombe, 4 in Ogun, 3 in Katsina, and 1 each in Kaduna and Adamawa states respectively.
While 534 patients have now recovered and discharged, the death toll from covid-19 in Nigeria has also risen to 103.
Cross River and Kogi states are the two not recording any covid-19 case so far.
