Immediate past Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai who was screened today at the national assembly for an ambassadorial position, has said that Nigeria has many ungovernable spaces.
Buratai who lamented that the ungovernable spaces has led to increased insecurity in the country, also said that terrorists have permeated the Nigerian society and won several communities to their side.
He further disclosed that infrastructure in infiltrated communities can win over the people, as the current warfare against insurgency can take 20 years.
