Chief of Army Staff Responds To Travel Ban calls By International Bodies

Tukur Buratai, Chief of Army Staff, has responded to calls by International bodies requiring a movement boycott to be put on some military officials blamed for denials of basic liberties in Nigeria.

The Army boss had a gathering with Army Commanders in Abuja today October 26, where they pondered on the End SARS protest and violent incidents across the country.

Buratai attacked the global associations clamoring for a restriction on top faculty and officers over rights mishandles.

As per him, his first excursion outside Nigeria was the point at which he was 50 and that he wouldn’t fret in the event that he needs to live in Nigeria for an amazing remainder.

Criminal elements are threatening us with travel ban but we are not worried because we must remain in this country to make it better. The first time I travelled outside of this country, I was already 50 years and a General, so I don’t mind if I live the rest of my life here” The Cable quoted him as saying.
