‘God, Please Heal My Industry’, Actress Bukunmi Oluwasina Weeps For The Yoruba Movie Industry

Nollywood actress, Bukunmi Oluwasina has said a prayer to God begging him for his intervention in the Yoruba movie industry following the conflicts among some Yoruba actors and stakeholders.

Bukunmi Oluwasina is certainly not happy with the way things are going in the movie industry presently and sought the face of the Lord for help as she bemoans that the players are supposed to be the example others or fans have to emulate but rather they are confusion.

Her outcry comes after actor, Yomi Fabiyi released a new movie ‘Oko Iyabo’ that is linked to actor, Baba Ijesha’s child molestation case sparking an uproar among industry stake holders.

Bukunmi posited on via her Instagram page that Yoruba filmmakers are supposed to teach and heal the ills in the society need to be healed and taught.

You recall that a few months ago, Bukunmi Oluwasina took to social media to glorify motherhood as Nigerian celebrated Mothers’ Day..

In a post sighted on her Instagram page, Bukunmi Oluwasina who delivered her first child and therefore has tasted how being a mother is said motherhood is not about giving birth but it is embedded with responsibilities.

‘Happy Mother’s Day To Everyone looking after a child or children, and trying their possible best to take good care of them. Because being a mother isn’t just by birthing a child, but by taking responsibilities.

Out of all the “hoods” in the world, ain’t no hood as challenging and as beautiful as motherhood.’ she wrote.
