Great Olympics skipper Gladson Awako eyes another foreign move

Accra Great Olympics captain, Gladson Awako, says he’s still looking forward to a move abroad should an opportunity arises.

The 30-year-old has been outstanding in the Ghana Premier League so so far; steering the Dade boys to 7th position in the league after eight matches with 11 points.

The attacking midfielder has previously played for the likes of TP Mazembe (Congo), Phoenix Rising (USA), and Recreativo de Huelva (Spain).

He signed for Olympics last season and has been the mainstay of the team.

Awako believes he still has what it takes to excel abroad.

“I am still looking forward to traveling outside if the chance comes, ” the former Berekum Chelsea player told Asempa FM.

“Because I feel I have what it takes. I am still fit and strong.”

Gladson Awako has scored three goals, provided two assists and won four man of the match awards so far.
