It means I’m working–Salifu Ibrahim on links to Kotoko

Techiman Eleven Wonders midfielder, Salifu Ibrahim, believes he’s doing his work perfectly well that’s why he’s been linked with a move to Kotoko.

The 20-year-old has been a revelation this season in the Ghana Premier League, winning five man of the match awards and scored one goal.

Salifu says he’s ready to make a switch to Asante Kotoko if the club can strike an agreement with the Bono-based side, but clarifies they have made no contact with him concerning a move.

“No official of Kotoko has contacted me, I have also heard rumours in the media. It’s normal to be hearing my name linked to Kotoko. This means I am working,” he told Oyerepa FM.

“I’m ready to play for Kotoko anytime they can reach an agreement with Eleven Wonders.”

The former Unistar Academy attacking midfielder is also optimistic Osei-Fosu’s side will beat Hearts of Oak in their Ghana Premier League week 9 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium this weekend.

“All I want to tell our fans ahead of our game against Hearts is that we are going to win that match in Accra. We really need the three maximum points,” he told Angel FM earlier.

Salifu Ibrahim has been nominated alongside three others for the Ghana Premier League December player of the month.
