Associate of Brooklyn rapper Casanova bragged about Miami shooting

A suspected Florida gun trafficker who was charged along with Brooklyn rapper Casanova in the federal takedown of the Gorilla Stone Bloods bragged about shooting two people outside of a Miami strip club last year, according to court documents filed in the case.

The suspect, Jarrett Crisler, aka Jayecee, was with the rapper outside of the KOD strip club in Miami in October, when a rival gang member made a comment about Casanova flashing the “wrong” gang sign, according to the documents filed Thursday.

Casanova, real name Caswell Senior, responded by asking the Crip gang member if he wanted to die that night, according to the documents.

Jayecee then allegedly opened fire, shooting the rival and another person outside the club frequented by hip hop stars.

He then bragged about the shooting to a fellow gang member, according to the documents.

“Killed a n—ga last night smh,” he wrote in one of the messages.

“It’s on the news. 2 of them I only shot twice meaning I ain’t miss a shot,” he boasted in another message, the documents show. “Greatest shot in the world U tryna challenge me? Lol”

The unidentified gang member, however, was not impressed because both victims survived the shooting, the documents show.

“Attempts don’t count we gotta go finish that,” he texted back.

Jayecee, who allegedly trafficked guns from Florida to New York, was indicted in Manhattan federal court with more than a dozen other Gorilla Stone members in December.

He now faces charges in Miami for the October shooting.
