Border Patrol agent allegedly sprays urine on supervisor’s desk before retiring

An ex-Border Patrol agent has been accused of some really gross misconduct.

Eduardo Flores, Jr., soaked his boss’ cubicle in urine as a sick parting gift before retiring last summer, federal prosecutors said Thursday.

The 50-year-old Amherst, NY, man allegedly used a spray bottle of pee to commit the foul act at the Border Patrol Station in Tonawanda, New York on Aug. 24, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.

Flores poured his urine all over the work space, including his boss’ desk, chair, keyboard, clothing and books, prosecutors said Wednesday.

The smell was so strong the cubicle continued to reek of urine one week after the incident, court papers say.

Border Patrol had to pay a cleaning company more than $400 to clean the mess.

Investigators didn’t reveal a motive for the pee attack.

Flores, who has been hit with charges of depredation of government property, faces up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine.
