The creep who tried to rob a woman before sexually assaulting her in a terrifying, caught-on-camera attack in Brooklyn has been nabbed.
Kelvin Williams, 31, was arrested late Wednesday and slapped with a slew of charges, including sexually motivated assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, in connection to the attack in East Williamsburg just after 9 p.m. on April 19, police said.

Williams is accused of grabbing a 24-year-old woman by the throat, throwing her up against a wall and demanding money — before touching her inappropriately, according to police.
Video released by cops shows the attack.

Police said Williams got spooked by someone in a nearby parked car and took off.
