A man is being hailed on social media after a photo of him offering free rides to people in Port Harcourt in the spirit of Christmas celebrations surfaced online.
The unidentified man covered the plate number of his car with a carton that indicated he was offering rides to interested persons.
A Twitter user shared the photo which has now gone viral, and it shows a passenger entering the car while some others were already inside.
On the carton was the inscription; ‘‘MERRY CHRISTMAS FREE RIDE.”
It is however not clear if he will drop each of them at their different destinations or at key bus stops, but one clear thing is that many people on social media were moved to emotions on seeing the man’s gesture.
